We can learn more about your initial ideas for an exclusive piece or create a space from scratch at our store or through our phone line. This is the moment where we talk about materials, and general creative ideas to meet your needs.
This exchange is the first contact with the decorator, where the intention is to understand your expectations on how to furnish or decorate your space better.

Look and Feel Proposals

From this first meeting, we will focus on thinking about your new interior. Whether for a specific piece or a more complex project, we will concentrate on detailing, in measures, colors, materials, and textures, which we will enrich in a second meeting on the Look and Feel proposals.

Space Visualization
3. Space Visualization
Once the Look and Feel proposal is approved, we will design a 3D proposal to visualize your project in a more elegant way. In this stage, we observe the furniture or decoration from different angles to better understand how it will be arranged on-site.

Feedback Rounds

Once you received our Look and Feel proposal the next step is to get your feedback. This moment allows us to know more about the final details you want for your project. Our team is going to work on the new details of the project taking into consideration your feedback comments.

Approval process

After your feedback is made, our team is going to work on a new 3D visualization with the changes and adjustments that you suggested. We’ll coordinate another meeting to have your approval on the final design.

Transportation & Installation

Once this proposal is approved, we will organize the coordination process of packaging, shipping, arrangement, and unveiling of the piece for you. A decorator will accompany you throughout this exciting final process.
